Summary We are seeking an experienced content writer to join a dynamic team dedicated to showcasing customer and partner success through compelling written narratives. This position focuses on crafting detailed case studies that highlight successful implementations of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management solutions. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time researching, writing, and refining technical content that demonstrates real-world business transformations. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with customers and program partners to tell their success stories, translating complex technical implementations into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. The position requires someone who can balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting quarterly deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive case studies documenting customer implementations and success stories
Organize material and complete writing assignments according to established standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Collaborate with program partners and customers to gather technical specifications and subject material
Maintain detailed records and files of work products and revisions
Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy and readability
Conduct research to understand complex business solutions and their practical applications
Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while adhering to quarterly deadlines
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with architects, program managers, and other stakeholders
Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with organizational guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional writing and editing experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with business management software platforms
Minimum 2 years of experience creating content related to enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems, their implementation, and usage
Demonstrated experience creating documentation for technical audiences
Prior experience working with technology companies preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, English, journalism, or communications
Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with strong attention to detail
Advanced research and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Proactive approach to problem‑solving and task completion
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with reading programming code

Location: Remote
Duration: 1 year and 6 months
Pay Range: $51 - $58 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
