to take ownership of our social media and digital brand identity.
Based at our headquarters in
Smyrna, GA , this is a pivotal role designed for a self-starter who is ready to take the reins of our digital marketing landscape and bridge the gap between complex projects and compelling digital narratives.
Working as a direct creative partner to our Executive and Field Leadership, this position offers the rare opportunity to directly shape the future growth and trajectory of our marketing department.

Duties & Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling in the Field:
Travel to active job sites to capture high-quality photography and video. You will translate active construction operations - from underground utilities to treatment plant builds - into narratives that showcase our expertise.
Social Media Management:
Fully manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will ensure our voice reflects the grit and professionalism of the AEC industry.
Strategic Content Planning:
Stay synchronized with project schedules and construction timelines. You will identify key milestones to ensure we capture the full lifecycle of our builds.
Graphic Design:
Serve as the internal creative lead using Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-impact marketing collateral, project profiles, and branded materials that elevate our professional image.
Internal & External Communications:
Design strategic campaigns via Mailchimp and revitalize our company newsletter to keep our 500+ employees and industry partners connected to our mission.
Website Maintenance:
Manage the company’s WordPress site, ensuring project portfolios are current and optimized for industry-specific SEO.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Proven success within digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Direct experience within the AEC, Engineering, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Field-Ready Mentality:
You must be comfortable navigating active construction environments (PPE provided) and engaging directly with Field Crews and Project Managers.
Technical Expertise:
Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is required. Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp is preferred.
Self-Starter Drive:
We operate with an "owner’s mindset." You are someone with strong interpersonal skills, manages shifting project deadlines, and consistently takes initiative.
Location & Travel:
Based in or commuting to Smyrna, GA. Regular travel to Metro-Atlanta job sites and occasional travel to our coastal regional locations is required.
Compliance:
Valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening/physical. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
