Marketing Admin Intern - Student Worker - UofL Dining - University of Louisville
UofL Dining is seeking an organized, energetic, and service-focused Marketing Admin Intern to support sales initiatives and campus event operations. This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, hospitality, event planning, customer service, or business administration. The intern will assist with outreach, event logistics, administrative support, and capturing leads for dining promotions and catering programs. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities
Support New Student Orientations and Transfer Orientations through providing meal plan information to the guest Support distribution of sales material, menus and promotions Assist in planning and executing dining events, pop-ups, tablings, and brand activations Support the marketing team with promotional calendars, meeting notes, and project coordination. Provide excellent customer service Assist the marketing team with all roles and responsibilities as necessary This position requires summer availability and runs through August 10. Ensures security of company assets At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Previous food service experience preferred Must have or acquire food safety certification Demonstrates guest service skills This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
