What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities with local companies

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers

Present PrideStaff staffing solutions to help businesses solve workforce challenges

Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional service delivery

Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients

What We’re Looking For

Sales or business development experience (staffing industry a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
