What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with SBU leadership and cross-functional teams to scope research and clarify objectives
Design, execute, and manage consumer and producer qualitative and quantitative research
Synthesize primary and secondary research into actionable insights for segment strategy and growth initiatives
Communicate findings through compelling narratives and presentations tailored to senior leaders
Evaluate and pilot new technologies and solutions in market research to enhance effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of experience in marketing, market research, project management, or data analytics
Proven experience with a variety of market research methodologies
Excellent ability to translate business needs into market research opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving skills, and analytical ability
Proven project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, timelines, and budgets
Experience in the insurance or financial services industries
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, market research, mathematics, or marketing
