Senior Business Analyst

AirStrip is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst who also plays a key role in project management. This hybrid role bridges data-driven analysis with hands-on leadership to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of business initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys turning insights into action. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define actionable requirements. Gather, document, and translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications. Lead or co-manage medium-to-large cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and performance metrics. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments to implement process and system improvements. Prepare business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications to ensure clear understanding and buy-in. Support change management initiatives, including user training and post-implementation reviews. Focus and contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and project delivery practices. Education & Experience Requirements: 5 years experience developing project plans, process maps, and eliciting business requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years managing or coordinating projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Extensive business analysis, requirements gathering, and project management Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and project management software (Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project). PMP, CBAP, or equivalent certification a plus. The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is $91,200 - $109,000 base salary. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location. We value each of our employee's total wellness.
