We’re partnering with a growing, fashion and apparel brand to find a motivated, and creative Social Content Strategist & Creator. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and hands‑on creation, ideal for someone who understands how to build a multi‑faced brand world through engaging, emotionally resonant content and bring it to life.
You’ll partner closely with marketing leadership and the broader marketing team to shape how the brand shows up across social platforms, creating thoughtful and inspiring content that reflects a strong point‑of‑view around conscious living, community, femininity, and elevated fashion.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes the social landscape, has a strong grasp of culture and taste, and enjoys moving quickly while staying intentional.
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
Help define and evolve the brand’s social content strategy in alignment with brand positioning and business goals
Bring fresh ideas rooted in culture, fashion, lifestyle, and community
Stay ahead of platform shifts and trends, translating them into content that feels authentic and on‑brand
Content Creation
Create and produce daily photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments at HQ, photoshoots, fittings, events, and everyday brand life
Lead content capture at events — managing shot lists, building rapport, and documenting moments naturally
Edit content quickly and thoughtfully for social‑first storytelling
Social & Community
Partner with marketing leadership on monthly content calendars and planning
Support community engagement across organic social channels
Act as a visible brand ambassador who understands the customer and communicates authentically
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, merchandising, product, and design teams to support launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
Assist on photoshoots and brand activations as needed
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in social content, digital marketing, or brand storytelling (fashion or lifestyle experience required)
Strong eye for photography, video, composition, and storytelling
Comfortable capturing and editing photo and video content independently
Comfortable being on camera when needed
Deep understanding of social platforms, tools, and content performance across channels
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Naturally collaborative, positive, and energized by creative environments
Passionate about conscious fashion, women‑founded brands, and community‑driven storytelling
Tools & Skills
Experience with social creation, scheduling, and analytics tools (Sprout, Later, Dash Hudson, or similar)
Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and CapCut
Strong digital asset organization and management experience (Dropbox or similar)
Salary : $62,400–$72,800
