Qualifications
Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Sales experience and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Goal-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
