Job title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Near Millersburg, Ohio

Schedule: On-site Monday – Friday

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

• Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting cycles, and long-range planning
• Provide variance analysis and insights into business performance vs. budget and prior periods
• Build and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities

Qualifications (Director of FPA): Director of FPA

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or corporate finance leadership
