HR Business Partner
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Support full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
Partner with talent acquisition to support hiring strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding.
Oversee HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp).
Qualifications of the HR Business Partner:
Bachelor’s degree in HR from an accredited university. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
