Entry-level position; no prior truss-building experience required Ability to continuously lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to accurately read a tape measure Must supply your own 20 oz hammer and tape measure Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Daily job responsibilities include: Work as part of a team to build wood floor and roof trusses to specification Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently throughout the shift Measure, assemble, and secure lumber components accurately Maintain quality and productivity standards on the production floor Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times More than just a paycheck.
