Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager

As a Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, and negotiating and finalizing terms with carriers. Analyzing client risks and providing tailored recommendations. Determining markets within the core carrier strategy. Preparing and presenting strategic solutions to clients in collaboration with Client Advisors. Managing carrier submissions, binding processes, and reviewing binding documents for accuracy. Conducting contract reviews and maintaining accurate account details in the agency management system (EPIC). Processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance. Organizing and maintaining documentation in EPIC. Generating standard client and carrier communications, including proposals, change requests, and pre-renewal letters. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Ordering loss runs, generating proofs, and reviewing endorsements and audits as needed. Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Work Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages. Professional Licenses/Certifications A valid state Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Essential Skills/Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create, format, and evaluate formulas. Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier platforms. Strong customer service skills with a hands-on, personal approach. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and co-workers. In-depth knowledge of guaranteed cost program design, coverage forms, and competitive market trends. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex situations. Capability to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies with a high impact on clients and the business. Education High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
