Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Commercial Lines Senior Associate Client Representative
to join a team. This role involves supporting the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC. Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC. Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, such as BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance. Process policy endorsements in EPIC and billing systems. Create and assign activities in EPIC to applicable team members. Order and manage loss runs. Qualifications/Requirements Work Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. Professional Licenses/Certifications Must hold a valid state Property & Casualty insurance license. Essential Skills/Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products, including basic formatting. Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier websites. Basic understanding of property and casualty insurance coverage. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet the expectations of co-workers and clients. Problem-solving skills with the ability to meet quality standards and complete urgent tasks efficiently. Capable of following established processes to derive solutions and achieve objectives under close direction from senior team members. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
