Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative
to join a team. This full-time position involves supporting the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including: Base Salary : $48,300 to $63,400 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, and business needs). Bonus Eligibility : Performance-based bonus opportunities. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Supporting the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Setting up and maintaining accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC. Attaching, organizing, and naming documents in EPIC. Producing standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters and forms (e.g., BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance). Endorsing policies in EPIC. Creating activities in EPIC and assigning them to the appropriate team members. Ordering loss runs. Qualifications/Requirements Work Experience 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. Professional Licenses/Certifications State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe). Essential Skills/Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills. Ability to learn and understand coverage fundamentals. Strong commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of coworkers and clients. Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly. Eagerness to continuously improve knowledge of industry trends, products, coverage, and technology. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively. Results-driven with the ability to work under close direction from senior team members. Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
