Overview Camelot 3PL Software, Inc. is an expanding software development firm located in Charlotte, NC with a staff of software designers, programmers, and consultants. For over 30 years, we have developed, sold, and supported software for the 3rd party logistics market, which includes public warehousing and transportation providers. We empower our clients with innovative solutions and strive to offer personal service while satisfying client needs. We develop software upon Microsoft’s evolving ERP system to help clients run their businesses more efficiently, improve customer service, and reduce costs. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Consulting team to summarize content requirements accurately and design instructional materials Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses, including text, graphics, interactions, and software simulations Collaborate with the eLearning team to plan multimedia projects Edit, write, and narrate scripts Update multimedia projects as needed Create design ideas for developers to improve the software Edit, write, and update software documentation, including manuals and white papers Deploy multimedia projects onto our learning platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Video and screen casting tool experience; experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus Experience with animation software is a plus; experience with software simulation capture is a plus Must live in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Charlotte Company Benefits Full benefits program including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Salary depends on experience in software implementation and the logistics industry Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and skills Various opportunities for career advancement within the organization To apply for this position, please submit a cover letter and updated resume to humanresources@3plsoftware.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
