Monday-Friday, Family Owned, Awesome Perks! Work for a leader in HVAC Distribution! Shearer Supply warehouse and counter associates safely unload HVAC equipment to our customers. This opportunity is immediately available for dependable workers! Responsibilities: Unload/Load equipment for deliveries Help stock the warehouse Maintain clean warehouse Treat customers with respect and provide excellent customer experience Assist customers with in-store purchases Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-year related experience Be able to effectively work in a team environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pass pre-employment screening Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to assist with loading/unloading trucks Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Company Information: We invite you to view our "Essence Video" that details our company.
