The Counter Sales Representative will manage the sales counter at our branch locations, which offer a variety of equipment, parts, and supplies from multiple brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment. Benefits for this Position

Take customers sales orders Build relationships with our customers and associates Create customer value with ultimate customer service that will drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction Support to the operations of the branch and branch manager Provide an excellent customer experience Counter Sales Associate Qualifications
The right candidate for this role will possess the following: Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required) 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required) Great customer service and communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pass pre-employment screening Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Company Information
