We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join a manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal products using powder coating techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with powder coat systems and understand the full coating process from preparation through curing. Key Responsibilities Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment Prepare surfaces by cleaning and properly prepping materials prior to coating Set up and operate powder coating spray guns and related equipment Operate and monitor baking/curing ovens to ensure proper finish and durability Inspect coated parts to ensure quality and proper coverage Maintain powder coating equipment and keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety and operational procedures Requirements 23 years of powder coat painting experience required Strong knowledge of powder coating systems and processes Experience operating baking/curing ovens Ability to properly prep, clean, and prepare materials for coating Experience setting up and using powder coating spray guns Understanding of powder coat application techniques and quality standards Powder coating experience required (wet painting experience alone is not sufficient)
