Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and able to accurately document information. Proficient in using computer systems and software.
