⚙️ THE ROLE

We’re hiring an

Invoicing Specialist / Billing Coordinator

to manage invoicing operations for WMH’s Alabama division.

This is

not a back-office billing role.

Your work connects:

Service teams

Product Support Managers

Branch leadership

Customers across 11 branches

The Impact of This Role

Billing accuracy directly impacts customer relationships, operational performance, and the division metrics leadership relies on every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and process invoices for our aftermarket process operations.

Partner & coordinate daily with

Product Support Managers (PSMs)

and branch teams to verify billing accuracy before invoices reach customers.

Investigate and resolve

invoice discrepancies and customer billing questions .

Maintain organized invoicing documentation and financial records in WMH systems.

Serve as the communication liaison between

branches, operations leadership, and customers

regarding billing status and resolution timelines.

Contribute ideas that improve invoicing workflows as the division continues to grow.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE Required Qualifications

Strong experience working with

billing systems, invoicing tools, or ERP platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication with branch teams, managers, and customers

High attention to detail and financial accuracy

Proven ability to manage billing tasks across multiple departments or locations

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy and deadlines both matter

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

2–5 years working as an

Invoicing Specialist, Billing Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or AR Support professional

ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)

Experience in

industrial services, equipment distribution, field service, or material handling environments
