to handle residential property claims throughout the

Tucson, Arizona region .

This field-based opportunity offers

consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support , making it ideal for adjusters seeking steady work and the independence of field inspections.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

Evaluate damages related to

wind, storm activity, water intrusion, and other covered events

Prepare accurate and timely estimates using

Xactimate

Document damages with clear photos and detailed field reports

Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners

Submit complete, organized, and compliant claim files

Requirements

Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred

Solid understanding of

residential construction and property damage

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Active Arizona adjuster license or designated home state license
