This field-based opportunity is well suited for adjusters who want

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of

residential property losses

Assess damages related to

spring thunderstorms, wind, hail, and water intrusion

Document damages with clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes

Prepare accurate repair estimates using

Xactimate

Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

Manage claim files from inspection through final submission

Ensure reports and documentation are

complete and submitted within required timelines

What We’re Looking For

Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred

Understanding of

residential construction and storm-related property damage

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Active Florida adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
