ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at our Rochester Hills, MI location.
In this on-site role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and establishing strong client relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Client Management expertise
Ability to analyze Sales Data and Market Trends
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Experience in the automotive, aeronautics, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness and ability to work on-site in our office of Rochester Hills, MI
