Fuller Ford is looking for a driven Commercial Sales Consultant to develop and grow our commercial/fleet business. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and helping them find the right trucks, vans, and fleet solutions to support their operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outside sales, networking, and building long‑term client relationships while creating a strong book of business.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every other Saturday
No Sundays
What You’ll Do
Develop relationships with local businesses and fleet customers
Prospect new commercial clients through networking, calls, and in‑person visits
Help businesses identify the right trucks, vans, and commercial vehicle solutions
Manage the sales process from first contact through vehicle delivery
Build long‑term partnerships that lead to repeat and fleet business
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (automotive, B2B, outside sales, or equipment sales)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to prospect and generate business
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
