Position Summary At NXG Truck Bodies, we don’t settle for the standard — we raise the bar. As we aggressively expand distribution and strengthen our national presence, we are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead territory growth, develop strategic partnerships, and drive profitable revenue within an assigned region. This is a leadership-level sales role for someone who understands truck equipment, distribution strategy, and margin management — and who can represent the brand with professionalism, accountability, and competitive drive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional growth strategy by expanding and strengthening NXG distribution channels
Develop high-level relationships with dealer principals, commercial sales managers, and key decision-makers
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners within the region
Drive revenue
Represent NXG Truck Bodies at regional and national trade shows
Conduct product training and strategic sales planning sessions with dealers
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and territory management using MS Office tools
Travel approximately 70% to support dealers, events, and business development initiatives
Act as a strong steward of company resources and brand reputation
Qualifications
Proven experience in the truck equipment industry
Demonstrated success growing distribution and managing multi-state territories
Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand cost structures and protect margin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required)
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%)
