Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and distribution, is seeking an Industrial Counter Sales professional to join their team. As an Industrial Counter Sales associate, you will be an integral part of the sales and customer service department supporting the warehouse and sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title Industrial Counter Sales
Shift Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Answer phone sale calls and submit production orders
Assist walk-in customers, including loading merchandise into vehicles and trucks
Tender money, make change for customers, and handle cash and credit card transactions
Manage tarp installation and repair scheduling board, and conduct monthly stock inventory
What's Needed?
High school diploma (required); some college coursework is a plus
At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
