This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-growth business development team; but first, here is a little bit about Elements Financial:
Today we serve the employees of 150+ organizations around the U.S. We currently rank among the top 3% of credit unions nationally with 100,000+ members. We have the resources, staff, and expertise to support our members with unparalleled service and leading‑edge technology.
Now let's get into this exciting role!

Elements Financial
is a Best Place to Work because our employees are empowered to Be the Expert, Live the Purpose, and Grow the Business. Our Purpose is to Empower Members to Achieve Financial Success. The Relationship Growth Specialist is a revenue‑generating role responsible for proactively expanding member relationships through outbound engagement and lead conversion. This position supports Elements’ relationship banking strategy by converting virtual branch leads, marketing campaigns, and internal data opportunities into deeper, more profitable member relationships.

Success requires a consultative sales approach, disciplined follow‑up, and a strong focus on positioning Elements as the member’s Primary Financial Institution (PFI).
This is a performance‑driven sales role with clear production expectations, rather than a transactional service position. By converting leads into full‑relationship households and increasing wallet share, the Relationship Growth Specialist helps strengthen Elements’ relationship‑based banking approach, directly supporting revenue growth, member retention, and long‑term organizational success.
You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members:
Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities within existing member relationships.
Execute targeted outreach efforts tied to deposit growth, loan growth, and card growth priorities.

Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM documentation.
Track conversion rates and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Uphold compliance, underwriting standards, and member experience expectations.
You will make a difference as you live out our purpose:
Follow up on consumer lending, credit card, HELOC, and mortgage opportunities.
Promote our High Interest Checking Account as the relationship hub; position members to qualify for relationship tiers.
Partner with Marketing and Lending to maximize conversion of campaigns and digital engagement.
You will help grow the business:
Proactively contact and convert virtual branch leads, online applications, and abandoned applications.
Execute outbound calling efforts aligned with promotional campaigns and growth initiatives.
Maintain a disciplined daily outbound cadence.
Target single‑product households to expand engagement.
Increase credit card penetration and usage.
