Real Estate Closing Agent

Real estate title company has an immediate opening for a real estate closing agent. The person in this position is responsible for all necessary steps needed to complete a real estate closing transaction from start to finish including reviewing title exams, preparing title commitments, title clearance, scheduling closings, corresponding with lenders and clients, preparing settlement statements and closing documents, attending closings, completing after closing work, and preparing documents for recording. Closing agents will be asked to assist with other tasks as needed, such as order opening, ordering title exams, and preparing final policies. Applicants preferably have experience in real estate, but we are willing to train the right person. Ohio title insurance license and Ohio notary commission are preferred or must obtain with three months. Applicants must have a car and be able to travel to closings around Greater Cincinnati.
