
Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead impactful marketing programs both in-house and with agency partners. This role is essential for crafting compelling internal and external materials and presentations, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless program implementation. You will play a critical role in supporting initiatives related to the FIFA World Cup and other key brand projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development (50%):
Collaborate with your supervisor to create innovative marketing campaigns and events. You will be involved in planning, implementing, and executing strategic initiatives while contributing your ideas to enhance existing programs. You'll take charge of developing marketing recommendations, materials, and communications with minimal oversight, while fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
Reporting (20%):
Oversee campaign management and measurement, partnering with agency teams and analytics to gather and analyze campaign data. You will compile insightful weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
Trend Analysis (10%):
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and potential vendor partnerships. Share valuable insights and recommendations with the team, manager, and agency partners while conducting competitive analysis to keep the leadership informed of emerging trends and threats.
Vendor Management (20%):
Act as the main point of contact for external partners, ensuring that all program elements are executed on time, aligned with strategy, and kept within budget constraints.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position reports to the Influencer Marketing Manager.
No direct reports for this position.
Travel Requirements: No travel is required.
Physical Requirements: Most work will be performed in a comfortable seated position, with occasional opportunities for movement. Light lifting may be required on rare occasions.
Working Conditions: This role is based in a comfortable indoor environment, with infrequent exposure to any unpleasant conditions.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of marketing and social media landscapes.
Experience in marketing, sponsorship, event planning, or agency account management.
Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
A proactive and curious mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Understanding of online marketing, advertising, and e-commerce practices.
Expertise in budget tracking and scope development.
Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study.
