Associate Product Specialist in Legal Technology

About the Role As an Associate Product Specialist, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams including customer support, marketing, sales, legal specialists, designers, and engineers. Your role will involve translating customer insights into actionable product features while honing your analytical skills to understand usage trends and data that contribute to our product’s success. Responsibilities: Conduct customer discovery activities to gather insights and provide valuable recommendations.

Collaborate with team members to source relevant data that guides product decisions.

Participate in customer events and assist in devising effective go-to-market strategies.

Share knowledge with sales and marketing teams to improve overall product understanding.

Recommend and plan feature functionalities based on user feedback and research.

Craft and present technical user stories to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

Draft product requirements that effectively address customer needs.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Engineering preferred).

Experience in engineering, legal technology, or as a legal professional familiar with legal tools is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information to a diverse audience.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general IT skills.

A genuine passion for technology paired with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Experience in a technical customer support role is advantageous.

Willingness to learn and utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.

Our U.S. National Base Pay Range is $52,800 - $88,000, with geographic adjustments applicable in certain areas. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
