Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 base
Overview Seeking a Regional Sales Manager with industrial product sales experience to drive distributor and rep based growth across the Western U.S. territory.
Must Haves
5+ years of industrial, commercial, and / or HVAC product sales experience.
Experience selling through independent reps geared towards industrial commercial distributors.
Multi-state western US territory ownership with 30 - 50% travel.
Nice to Haves
Experience with industrial cooling, ventilation, or air movement equipment.
Existing relationships across Western U.S. distributors and / or rep agencies.
Experience conducting rep performance reviews, onboarding reps, and / or managing rep networks.
Responsibilities
Lead sales execution, revenue growth, and strategy across the Western U.S. territory.
Support, train, and evaluate independent rep agencies; recruit new agencies to improve territory coverage.
Build and expand distributor partnerships, including stocking programs, promotions, and product training.
Identify market opportunities, gather competitive intelligence, and support new product launches.
Travel for ride-alongs, distributor meetings, and customer visits to strengthen field engagement.
