Key Responsibilities

Qualify and develop new sales leads through inbound and outbound outreach.

Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes and proposals to customers.

Process sales orders efficiently and coordinate with production and logistics teams.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Provide technical product information and solutions tailored to customer manufacturing needs.

Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product information.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product drawings.

Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or industry terminology.

Prior experience selling highly configured or technical products.
