About Us We are a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating firm focused on acquiring, financing, and managing multifamily assets across multiple markets.
We operate in a small, entrepreneurial office environment. This is not a corporate internship — interns work directly with leadership and are expected to think, build, and execute independently.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-directed Summer Intern to design and implement AI and automation systems across our real estate investment platform.
This role focuses on building structured knowledge architecture using AI tools (primarily NotebookLM within Google Workspace) and creating repeatable workflows to improve decision‑making, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities AI & Knowledge System Implementation
Build and structure NotebookLM “Notebooks” for:
Individual real estate assets
The corporate entity
A portfolio‑wide “rollup”
Upload into a “notebook” with separate folders for each property and organize:
Operating Agreements
Loan documents
Leases
Financial statements
Budgets and projections
Investor letters
Construction contracts
Market studies
Lease abstraction
Loan covenant review
Investor reporting support
Legal and contract analysis
Develop documentation outlining:
Data organization taxonomy
Usage rules and best practices
Repeatable automation workflows
Ongoing governance and update procedures
Automation Research
Evaluate additional AI and workflow automation tools
Present structured recommendations, including cost‑benefit analysis
Pilot and implement approved solutions
What We’re Looking For
Highly analytical and systems‑oriented
Extremely detail‑oriented
Self‑starter who can work independently
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Interest in real estate investment, operations, or technology
Experience with AI tools, structured thinking, or workflow automation is a plus.
What You’ll Gain
