California LSTA Five-Year Evaluation Lead

A collaborative library organization is seeking an experienced consultant to evaluate the California State Library's five-year LSTA program. The evaluation aims to ensure accountability in federal funding and guide improvements in library services to Californians. Candidates should possess relevant library and/or evaluation experience, as well as prior involvement in LSTA reviews.
