What will you be doing?
Lead the development and refinement of compelling investor and marketing content across multiple startup campaigns:
Write and edit persuasive copy for investor decks, online investment pages, pitch materials, webinars, videos, and investor relations content.
Craft and refresh email campaigns, investor updates, and weekly customer communications to engage and convert prospects.
Collaborate with founders and internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, tone, and brand consistency.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, tracking feedback and approvals in collaboration with Capital Department and startup customers.
Leverage data‑driven insights to iterate and improve copy effectiveness, conversion rates, and engagement.
Maintain an organized content calendar and contribute to campaign performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
What are we looking for?
Professional copywriting experience, with a strong focus on business, financial, or investor communications.
Demonstrated experience producing copy that drives sales or investment conversion.
Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to craft succinct, persuasive, and emotionally resonant messaging.
Strong understanding of capital raising, startups, and marketing funnels.
Effective communicator who is clear, responsive, and detail‑oriented.
Creative, curious thinker who thrives in fast‑paced, startup environments.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office, and comfort with Asana, Slack, and CRM/email tools (Klaviyo preferred).

Experience as a founder or marketer in a startup environment.
Previous experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital communications.
Background in finance or banking, with a solid understanding of investment dynamics.

As a Deal Strategist, you will work in direct partnership with startup CEOs to raise capital for private market deals via Reg CF and Reg D special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
You will own the strategy, operations, and investor relations for each deal, from creating investment narratives to managing fundraising pipelines and funnels. Just as retail investors can invest in public companies, you’ll make it possible for them to invest in startups.

What are we looking for?
5–7+ years of relevant experience raising capital for, or deploying capital to, startups.
Experience in a marketing or sales function or role.
Executive presence with clear, responsive, and diligent communication style.
Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects on a daily basis.
Desire to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
