Role Summary
Our client, a
private-pay home care agency , is seeking an
Executive Director
to oversee the overall leadership, operations, compliance, and growth of its licensed home care services in Florida. This role is responsible for
operational performance, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic development , while ensuring high-quality client care and strong collaboration across sales, operations, and recruiting functions. The Executive Director will play a key role in expanding referral relationships and driving business growth while maintaining a strong culture focused on service excellence. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the home care agency. Maintain
full responsibility for financial performance , including profit and loss management. Ensure effective collaboration between
sales, operations, and talent acquisition teams . Partner with sales leadership to
develop and expand new business opportunities
within the region. Ensure all client service requests are fulfilled and documented appropriately. Communicate regularly with clients and families to ensure
high levels of satisfaction and quality of care . Maintain compliance with
Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)
regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Support the development and management of both
administrative and clinical staff , promoting strong team performance and accountability. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Proven experience managing
home care operations . Demonstrated success leading
administrative and clinical teams
in a healthcare environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources. Experience overseeing operational performance and financial management (including P&L). Preferred Qualifications
Private-pay home care experience strongly preferred. Experience working with referral partners and driving regional business development. Compensation & Work Model
