Executive Director Home Care
Position Description
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth of a licensed home care agency operating in the State of Florida.
Areas of Responsibility
- Overall responsibility for operations including P&L
- Collaboration between sales team, operational staff, and talent acquisition.
- Works closely with sales to develop new business in the Region.
- Ensures all client requests are met and documented appropriately.
- Communicates with clients and families to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
- Proven experience in home care operations
- Private Pay experience highly preferred
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.
