Connoisseur Media – Columbus, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time, motivated, and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and enjoy connecting with local businesses, this is a great opportunity to build relationships and help clients grow through the power of radio marketing. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who can balance multiple priorities, collaborate with a dynamic team, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude every day.
Responsibilities
Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
Submit ad schedule and copy to the traffic department.
Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have a great personality and be able to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and have the following:
