The HCP Marketing Director will serve as the day‑to‑day asset lead for Trumenba, supporting overall portfolio contracting and performance. The role involves maintaining brand performance in coordination with franchise goals, developing and leading the HCP strategy, creating and refining brand messages, and delivering return on investment through executed marketing campaigns. The position requires translating insights into action, identifying business accelerators and innovative strategies to overcome market challenges, and driving vaccine uptake in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Role Responsibilities
Develop HCP strategies and marketing initiatives, converting insights into actionable plans that drive brand performance.
Direct advertising agencies in creating impactful resources aligned with brand strategy and lead internal review processes for high‑quality, rapid execution.
Shape and lead the development of content for US Plan of Action meetings and other Sales Force meetings, including planning, execution, and follow‑up engagement.
Support operational and tactical plans that drive the short‑ and long‑term HCP strategy.
Coordinate with Global Commercial Analytics to design and implement primary HCP market research, use secondary data and analytics, and develop KPI scorecards.
Prioritize and evaluate account targeting lists with contracting, account and sales leadership.
Collaborate with field leadership to inform planning and enable effective execution of brand tactics, supporting account conversions and immunization growth.
Align with marketing team counterparts and cross‑functional partners to ensure plans deliver overall revenue and profit objectives.
Collaborate with PGS and Finance to optimize supply plans based on expected demand.
Support the mening win room and forecast, integrating insights from sales, accounts and contracting.
Basic Qualifications
BA or BS required; MBA preferred.
8+ years of commercial/marketing experience, including US pharma experience.
Preference for experience with vaccines or other buy/bill business models.
Strong familiarity with US marketing landscape, HCPs and medical groups/integrated delivery networks.
Strategic skill set with effectiveness in identifying and addressing major strategic challenges.
Adept at balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strategic and tactical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
Innovation champion who seeks learnings from other brands and industries to enhance launch plans.
Experience developing impactful digital strategies, campaigns and innovations built on an integrated customer journey map.
Demonstrated matrix leadership and ability to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
