Job description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day to day interactions with all of our customers in our Stainless Steel Wire markets. The candidate will have the ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner including accuracy and timeliness of information. The candidate also must demonstrate effective communication skills, attention-to-detail, and the desire to resolve customer related issues to ensure outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain customer relationships including responding to customer questions.
Provide quotations for customer inquiries.
Coordinate with and support outside sales representatives.
Create, input, and modify orders accurately within MRP system.
Check on the status of customer orders in production and communicate order status with customers.
Assist in arranging for couriers and trucks for various transportation requirements and deliveries.
Provide certificates and logistic information requested in a timely manner.
Field phone calls, provide pricing and assistance to customers, direct phone calls to the applicable party.
Coordinate with planning to assure optimum lead time.
Maintain effective communications between production and sales

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Business related field
At a minimum, High School or equivalent
Preferred steel manufacturing experience and 1+ years of experience in customer service
