Customer Service Representative
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Location: Dickson, TN Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain customer relationships including responding to customer questions. Provide quotations for customer inquiries. Coordinate with and support outside sales representatives. Create, input, and modify orders accurately within MRP system. Check on the status of customer orders in production and communicate order status with customers. Assist in arranging for couriers and trucks for various transportation requirements and deliveries. Provide certificates and logistic information requested in a timely manner. Field phone calls, provide pricing and assistance to customers, direct phone calls to the applicable party. Coordinate with planning to assure optimum lead time. Maintain effective communications between production and sales Work Environment

Strong communication skills Attention to detail Exercise excellent time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines. Excel, Word, Windows, iOS, document management software, ERP software. Strong analytical ability, math abilities, and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and quickly change pace in a dynamic environment. Team player & motivational skills required.
