
Assistant Manager Retail Marketing

Purpose

As the Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing, you will bring brand stories to life through thoughtful campaign execution, impactful visual moments, and strategic in-store marketing that elevates the consumer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute marketing plans for concept stores including activations, digital content, and promotional campaigns
Lead development and execution of Factory Outlet promotional strategies to support traffic, conversion, and brand consistency
Manage seasonal marketing calendars and oversee programs from initial planning through final production
Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive retail marketing and visual strategies

Skilled in building partnerships with internal teams and external vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Requisite Qualifications and Experience
University or college degree preferred; major in marketing an asset
5 years of experience in marketing, visual merchandising, retail or advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience managing vendors and agency partners
Experience in creative development and production
Industry knowledge in sporting goods or retail marketing considered an asset

Working location: Woodbirdge, Ontario. Anticipated base pay range: $72,000‑85,000, actual salary based on experience, qualifications, skills and competencies.
