Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations for T1/T2/T3 Help Desk
Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
Lead the recruiting, training, of new help desk technicians
Oversee the daily operations of the NOC Team and ensure successful delivery of service
Oversee the daily operations of the SOC Team and ensure successful delivery of service
Provide feedback, coaching, and other developmental feedback to employees
Set specific customer service standards
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Team leadership
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑service oriented with a problem‑solving attitude
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem‑solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Proven Leadership Skills
5+ years of experience leading help desk teams, NOC, SOC, and other related teams required
Professional certification in IT, Comp Science, or related discipline desired
BS Degree in Comp Sci, Information Technology or related field desired
Job Type Full‑time
Pay $115,000 annually + bonus
