As we continue expanding in the Phoenix market, we are seeking a driven, high-energy Business Development Associate to help grow our local footprint. This is a true outbound sales role designed for someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new business. Compensation

Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Commission structure with strong performance-based earning potential What You’ll Do

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking) Identify and engage decision-makers across targeted industries Build and manage a robust sales pipeline Conduct discovery calls and present Passport Health’s services Close new business and transition accounts to the Account Management team Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity metrics and revenue targets Qualifications

2–3 years of sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience Proven ability to close new business Comfortable executing 50+ outbound touches per day Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills Self-starter with strong accountability and ownership Experience working in a CRM system Ideal Candidate
