Responsibilities
Driving Sales:
Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience. Connect with customers, identify their needs, and demonstrate product benefits.
Building the Brand:
Educate customers on Lush values: fighting animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Host store parties and initiatives that bring in traffic.
Product Passion:
Continually expand product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on ingredients and benefits to make informed recommendations.
Development:
Use Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques, improve performance, and support team growth. Seek feedback and resources.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging:
Encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, foster belonging, and recognize unique contributions.
Time & Attendance:
Be punctual, reliable, and present at work. Prioritize wellbeing, take breaks when necessary, and keep up‑to‑date with company news.
Visuals & Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Stock & Inventory:
Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real time based on sales.
Policies & Procedures:
Practice company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications Required
Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
Strong problem‑solving skills to address day‑to‑day operations
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in skincare or cosmetics
Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Westfarms Pay: $18–$18 USD
