Private Equity–Backed Healthcare Services Company
We are partnering with a high‑growth, private equity–backed healthcare services organization seeking a Director of Finance to lead Operational Finance and Corporate FP&A. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, performance management, and long‑term planning across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, analytical finance leader with a background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting who enjoys building processes, improving KPIs, and influencing business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning Drive monthly operating reviews and performance analysis Partner with operational leaders to provide data‑driven insights and decision support Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investments Prepare board‑level presentations and executive reporting Mentor and develop members of the finance team Support financial systems and process improvements Qualifications
8–10+ years of finance experience Background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting strongly preferred Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning systems is a plus This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and partnering with leadership to drive business performance.
