This Is Your Stage You’ll be the go‑to problem solver, parachuting into properties to stabilize and grow sales performance. From revitalizing a struggling market, to covering during transitions, to seizing a business opportunity, you’ll own the sales playbook wherever you go.
What You’ll Be Mastering
Travel regularly across assigned properties to provide on‑site sales leadership
Analyze competitive landscapes and uncover market opportunities in each location
Execute sales strategies that align with brand, DOS, and market demand
Pursuing new business opportunities and expanding key account partnerships
Lead impactful client calls, presentations, and site tours to close revenue‑driving deals
Ensure continuity of sales systems and brand standards across properties
Delivering measurable sales results, leaving each property in a stronger position than when you arrived
Are You the Next Visionary…. Experience & Education
3+ years of hotel group sales (Catering sales experience a plus), with a proven track record in diverse markets
Ability and willingness to travel 90% (multi‑state assignments)
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or sales (or equivalent experience)
Adaptability, resilience, and strong sales acumen in fast‑changing environments
Communication
Flawless command over verbal and written communication, tailoring your message to dazzle and engage clients
Multilingual talents are celebrated but not required
Physical
Comfortable in a dynamic environment; whether anchoring at your desk or navigating the property
Ability to handle the occasional lift of a laptop or sales file, twist, or turn with ease. Consider it your workplace Cha‑Cha‑Cha!
