Account Executive – DFW Area
We are seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to grow business and manage customer relationships across the DFW area. This role focuses on selling electro-mechanical and automation solutions including electric motors, drives, automation controls, compressors, and repair services.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Meet or exceed sales targets
Technical Solution Selling
Identify customer needs through site visits and consultations
Recommend solutions involving motors, drives, automation controls, and compressors
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations
Account Management
Build relationships with maintenance teams, procurement, and management
Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasts
Territory & Market Management
Manage DFW sales territory and customer accounts
Track market trends and competitor activity
Provide sales updates and forecasts What You’ll Bring
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
Experience in industrial, electro-mechanical, or automation sales (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
