Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a transformational and performance-driven Director, Solution Development Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful design and execution of the Digital Sales Engine, driving digital growth targets and commercial excellence across the ANZ market. You will lead a dedicated team of specialised digital solution sellers, serving as both a strategic leader and a high-impact "player-coach" who can conceptualise and execute complex Go-To-Market strategies to close transformative business.
What You’ll Do
Drive performance and transformational leadership by leading a team of specialised digital solution sellers to establish repeatable business practices, fostering deep customer intimacy and achieving aggressive digital growth targets across ANZ.
Lead the end-to-end execution of high-value deals by qualifying opportunities, heading up pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to design winning, customer-centric solutions.
Conceptualise and execute ANZ Digital Go-To-Market strategies across both direct and indirect channels, providing thought leadership on deal structures while expanding strategic relationships with senior client executives and hyper-scaler partners.
What You’ll Bring
15+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales leadership, and the Digital and Data industry.
Strong knowledge of hyper-scaler partnership engagement and proven expertise in developing and executing multi-year Software as a Service (SaaS) and hybrid technology deals.
Proven ability to jointly develop Go-To-Market strategies for direct and indirect channels, with a track record of driving performance in a highly matrixed global environment.
Expertise in solution selling and executive presence, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and provide audience-specific context to drive outcome-focused meetings.
