Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook fresh food items according to recipes and quality standards.
Wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep products fresh for members.
Count on you to maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
Assist members with bakery orders and other product needs.
Ensure high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area.
Maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.
Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies: handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange merchandise, identify shrink and damages.
Keep shelves clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and other associates.
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Use handheld technology to make production decisions and train teammates.
Drive performance of the area, manage high exposure expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, eliminate waste, and guide peers.
Advocate for the department and club by modeling high quality service and products.
Comply with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity; use the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and customers.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Food Service experience.
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
